These terms govern use of the Iceberg Enterprises website and initial project enquiries.

Website use

You may use this website to learn about Iceberg’s services, ask questions, and prepare a project enquiry. Do not misuse the site, interfere with its operation, or submit unlawful or harmful content.

Enquiries are not contracts

Preparing or sending an enquiry does not create a service agreement. Scope, timing, deliverables, fees, and responsibilities are agreed separately in writing before work begins.

Service information

Website content describes Iceberg’s current areas of work in general terms. Specific capabilities and availability are confirmed during the project conversation. No outcome, ranking, revenue, or performance result is guaranteed.

Intellectual property

The Iceberg name, website design, copy, and brand materials may not be copied or redistributed without permission. Ownership and licensing for client work are defined in the applicable project agreement.

Availability and external apps

The website may occasionally be unavailable. WhatsApp, email, and Telegram are independent services governed by their own terms. Iceberg is not responsible for interruptions within those services.
